In VIDEOTON Bulgaria, we believe that continuous improvement is a sure path to sustainable success. Therefore, striving to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality standards, 18 of our colleagues underwent advanced training on the topic "5S organization in the workplace or how to deal with chaos".

The Japanese-developed “5S” methodology, part of the Lean Manufacturing philosophy, is a proven practice for optimization of work processes and building a culture of continuous improvement. It is based on five basic steps (Sorting, Systematizing, Sparkling Cleanliness, Standardizing, and Self-Discipline).

We have been successfully implementing this model for several years, which supports the creation of an orderly and safe working environment. To build on the results already achieved, our “5S auditors” underwent a combination of theoretical and practical training modules, including interactive lectures, discussions, and exercises, which will enable them to optimize the system across our various production divisions. With this training, we reinforce our belief that success is the result not only of implementing good practices, but also of their continuous improvement.
